I am inspired by the greatness of computer technology and the infill ounce in which Bill Gates has had on my industry of interest and his accomplishments in his own life as a leader. Believe that by staying persistent can study and learn as much as possible in my field. Also believe that my honesty will help others to respect me. My determination, inspiration, and optimism will drive me to create products and ideas that can change others’ lives. Eave learned that I am great at communication and a visual learner. An learn very quickly and effectively by watching videos or others doing something. Think the main weakness I have as a leader is acceptance and respect from others. I am sometimes shy to say something I feel is important to me because I don ‘t know how others may react or how they may view believe that I can improve this weakness by speaking my mind and clarifying my points and views with others. Stepping back and looking at the positive results that may come of what I would like to say, rather than worrying about their personal pinions or views will help me excel as a great leader.
