There are different causes of stress. First is poverty. It is the state of not having enough money to take care of basic needs such as food, clothing, and housing which consists of two important constructs namely lack of funds and other things to be used. It is also the deprivation of food, shelter, money and clothing that occurs when people cannot satisfy their basic needs. Second is illness (sometimes referred to as ill-health or ailment) which is a state of poor health, a disease, a sickness, or an indisposition.

Third are the difficult subjects that require a lot of planning or effort to do, understanding, r dealing with the most difficult subjects that can’t be explained to the most slow-witted man if he has not formed any idea of them already. Fourth is family trouble. No other factor influences children as deeply as their families. Fifth is insufficient allowance, a small sum of money paid regularly by parents to a child so that the child can make his or her own purchases, which family income seems insufficient to support the family.

And lastly are the failed subjects. This means that you have failed to achieve any exemptions and must retake all subjects you took at this examination sitting before you can omelet this stage. According to Tactic (2013) there are some students who would crack up under pressure. They would at times shout at the top of their voices in the middle of the night. Stress is a part of life.
